Beets in New York
My beet experience until now has been limited to a distanced appreciation of Jim and Pam’s stay at Schrute Farm. Not deeply appealing.
But now I’m looking at the beet with wider eyes after Cook & Eat’s foray into beet ice cream. What gorgeous shots – not only the sweet fuscia; I love the photos taken in the LES and Brooklyn. Real NY Spring.
