(Today, it comes in the form of Crowd Faces.)

Doesn’t he seem like a Stefano?

This is Julie, and she’s a little shy.

I think Mike just relieved himself a little.

    Mary doesn’t like this.

Lisa’s never seen a man dunked in the water so many times.

    Gary has.

The way he was watching everybody, I think Harold might be a cop.

Joe drives in business to the dunking booth with the. power. of. his. eyes.  (Don’t look.)

Amy eats her gelato in a hurry.

Ray is really bored at work.

Dave had that smile surgically implanted.

And the Redrum Crew seemed very polite.

    (Yes, still.)

Think you had a bad day?  At least you’re not the subway steps at Union Square.

  • Uhh…

Sep 19, 2008 tagged as candy, cupcake, kitty, NYC

I’m all forclempt, so in place of words, here are some photos to fill the void.

(From Sugar Sweet Sunshine, where I’d like to be right now)

(I may be a stress eater, but my teeth hurt just looking at this photo. How about some french fries?)

(Finally, a non-food photo for those of you who aren’t going to play the binge-eating game this weekend)

    Happy Friday!

  • Square Updates

Jul 16, 2008 tagged as NYC, Union Square, Washington Square

No new action around here since the Push-Back Picnic.  Since then, we’ve merely been enjoying excessive noise.  Oh, and excessive stink.  Ever notice those 6′ tall piles of garbage on Union Square East?  Well, they’ve been accumulating more and more everyday, and that lovely garbage smell has found its way into our apartment.  Charming.

Anyway, look, it’s just like a day at the beach.

A streetlight came down last week, and still hasn’t been taken away (is it going back up?).

Finally, if you’ve been paying attention to the “progress” at the parks, you should look into Washington Square Park Blog’s tour of… you guessed it, historic WSP.  The next one is Sunday, July 27 at noon. More info here.
